We manufacture Tapioca Native Starch from quality Tapioca tubers in a modernized plant to suit the needs of market segments such as Paper, Packaging, Textile, Adhesive and many more Industrial applications.
Maize Native Starch: The product is very consistent in quality. Maize native starch possesses special features such as non-foaming & non-thinning characteristics in boiling solution. Hence maize starch has a marginal effect on the efficiency in weaving and paper industry, where high viscosity starch is used, it imparts higher tensile strength to the fiber and thus improves the sizing.
EXRAL TRIN-WD White Dextrin is manufactured by partially hydrolyzing starch which is used as a catalyst. The dextrinization chemically reduces the starch molecules into smaller components. White dextrin is white in color with reduced viscosity. It is also used as an additive in certain applications in manufacturing Textiles, Adhesives, Dyes, food processing and paper coating.
EXRAL TRIN-YD Yellow Dextrin has low viscosity and is very sticky and hygroscopic in nature. Used in foundry as binder for cores. Yellow dextrin helps in increasing dry strength and at the same time completely soluble in water. It is also used in water soluble glues, as a printing thickener and as binders in paint.
We manufacture EXRAL CMS – Carboxymethyl Starch is an important modified starch with unique properties due to the presence of negatively charged functional group (CH2COO-). Carboxymethyl starch has a wide range of applications in industries, mostly used for the purpose of thickening, stabilization and water preserving.
